1. In 2006 The Kwa’mutsun Nation Peoples entered into The Cowichan Valley Open Sewage Lagoons Facility Trigeneration collaboration with Gaia-Watts Enterprises Ltd as a milestone to manage municipal liquid waste streams within a controlled, environmentally friendly, closed-loop operation that would not only generate green electric power; but, also, within its hydroponic greenhouses, produce tree seedlings, healing herbals; and, nutrition crops. The healing herbals would include the biotech-phaging serums derived from the pathogens of the sewage – implementing the century-old science that predated the antibiotic world of penicillin.

2. Today, Kwa’mutsun Peoples remain as pathfinders in striving to mitigate the wider ranges of extreme climate changes derived from human activities : animal food crops; fossil energy resources for industry, homes and general transportation. And, as leaders on these dire matters of climate integrity since 1960, Kwa’mutsun Peoples have entered into commercial partnerships of the MSA – a Tripartite Master Services Agreement between the HOST territory; CAPITAL sources; and, modern era TECHNOLOGIES – through which the closed-loop Trigeneration Facilities implement strategic green energy resources to provide jobs – water – health care to that HOST territory. And, in so doing, there is a major safeguard against extreme climate changes being incorporated : utilizing a significant ozone depletory as the energy resource; while producing mega-crops of tree seedlings to serve as CO2 consumers; and, a valuable carbon-capture credit base.

3. Now, in 2020, Kwa’mutsun Nation Peoples have entered into a Master Services Agreement – The Monarch Covenant – with both regional, national and international partners; through which the Tripartite Trigeneration Mwe Program will be further emboldened by ensuring the global gathering and cold-storage of ancient seeds as a commitment to ensure that – in the event that science possesses adequate climate change knowledge; and, that our military industrial complex will not abate the fossil fuels consumption before 2030 – civilization may yet recover life on Earth into century xxii. Adequate fresh water integrity and viable nutrition remains as the key fulcrum; within a world of energy production that shall unfold as a closed-loop system.
